Laser is the most versatile and accurate device for sheet metal work. Available cutting tolerances are of +/- 0,1 mm in wide range of materials like: stainless steel , carbon steel, aluminium .EKO-LASER has got four BYSTRONIC LASERS installed with a power of 3000 W and 4000 W .
We have devices (made by BYSTRONIC) for sheet metal work :
Laser cutter BYSPRINT 3015 (2 devices):

Power of resonator: 3000 W.
Maximal material thickness:
- 12 mm (aprox. 0,047245025 in) for carbon steel
- 10 mm (aprox. 0,039370854 in) for stainless steel
- 5 mm (aprox. 0,019685427 in) for aluminium
Maximal sheet size: 3000 x 1500 mm
Laser cutter BYSTAR 4025:

Power of resonator: 4000 W.
Maximal material thickness:
- 20 mm (aprox. 0,059056281 in) carbon steel (over 12mm tylko blacha RAEX LASER lub DOMEX)
- 12 mm (aprox. 0,047245025 in) for stainless steel
- 5 mm (aprox. 0,019685427 in) for aluminium
Maximal sheet size: 4000 x 2500 mm
Orders and pricing
If you want to make an order you should give us such information as:
- contact data of the firm which wants to order
- detailed construction documentation in an electronic form
(prefered DXF or DWG formats), for simple elements only technical drawing is needed (delivered by fax)
- the amount of ordered elements
- provenance of materials (delivered by EKO-LASER or separately delivered from outside)
- required time of execution of the order (or time of preparing a pricing - min. 2-3 weekdays)
We offer cutting from our material:
- cold rolled sheet metal DC01 - thickness 1-2,5 mm, 2500x1250 mm and 3000x1500 mm format
- hot rolled sheet metal S235JRG2 - thickness 3-15 mm, 3000x1500 mm format
- hot rolled sheet metal S355J2G3 - thickness 3-12 mm, 3000x1500 mm format
- acid resist sheet metal 0H18N9 (other names: 1.4301, AISI 304) - thickness 1-10 mm (up 5mm foiled - surface 2B), 3000x1500 mm format.
There is a possibility to bring other materials - it depends on the worth of the order. |
